Someone asked me recently if there was a place to find a listing of all the poker tournaments in Calgary. I haven't heard of anyone attempting to build a page like that so I have done it here on CPN. There is a link on the top menu that says Tournaments. I have all of the daily poker tournaments in Calgary listed in chronological order. I also have any other scheduled tournaments listed. There may be other tournaments that I am not yet aware of and I will gladly update this list anytime someone has some information that should be on this list.

I played a tournament the other day at Cash Casino and they were running a different kind of tournament. It was the same as their regular evening tournament, but they alternated from Texas Hold'em to Omaha each round. So when the blinds changed after 15 minutes of play, the game would revert to the other game. I played poorly as usual but I liked the concept. They offer this once a month on the second last tuesday evening of each month.

The next one will be on September 18, 2007. If you like Omaha then you should try out this one!
